During my time at the Instructional Design department of Millersville University, I held workshops related to collaboration and presentation tools. At the Manheim Township Public Library, I taught Computer Basics to seniors, as well as provided one-on-one instruction sessions with patrons on the use of their tablets, e-readers, and smartphones.
